Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Florian Stürzer, ALPIN-RAUM, Erlbachstraße 2c, 81249 München-Lochhausen, email: info@alpin-raum.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your communication of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

3. Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. PDF guides, workbooks and bundles), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning the provision of the digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that by your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of the provision (§ 356(5) BGB).

In the case of time-limited access to digital services (Alpine Decision Trainer, 24-hour access), the statutory provisions for digital services apply. If you have requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period and you withdraw from the contract, you owe us reasonable compensation for value (§ 357a BGB).
